Solihull Mind runs a variety of groups and courses in addition to its regular services. Outminds A weekly social support group for gay/bisexual/transgender man and women who experience mental health problems. Please contact us for details on the day and time of this group or email outmindssolihull@gmail.com Confidence building A course for people looking to improve their self esteem and confidence.  These are provided two or three times each year either on a Thursday evening or a Tuesday afternoon for eight weeks. Please contact us for details of the next course. Support group for women There is a weekly group for women who have experienced/are experiencing domestic violence or sexual abuse. There is a mixture of peer support and group work around a particular topic. In addition to this group we also run the Recovery Toolkit Programme, a 12 week intensive course to develop positive lifestyle coping strategies. There are also social activity groups too (see the OASIS page). These include art/crafts on Thursday mornings (10am – 12), music (Thursday afternoons 1-30pm – 4-30pm), a reading group on Tuesday mornings (11am – 12), yoga on Wednesdays (10-30am – 11-30am) and football on Friday afternoons (contact us for details as times vary from summer to winter).
