Confidence building

Our confidence building courses are free and usually held on Thursday evenings. They are for people who are shy, have difficulty in expressing themselves, or who want to find ways of making better relationships. Confidence building helps you to get to know and to like yourself, make the most of your talents, and think positively in all areas of your life.

If you would be interested in attending the next course, please contact the Solihull Mind office.
