Outminds support group

OutMinds is run by Solihull Mind and is open to anyone who identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or questioning their sexuality who live within the borough of Solihull. The group meets weekly in Solihull borough and is accessible from all areas of the borough. The group is friendly, supportive and understanding and aims to meet the needs of all who use the group. At our weekly group meetings, we provide a safe, friendly supportive place for people to meet in and chat over things that affect the LGBTQ community; as well as sexual health, relationships, and mental health issues such as low self esteem, reduced confidence, and depression. The group also provides information on local mental health services, and an access route to other Mind services including social, sports and arts activities, employment support, counselling, and advocacy.

National Trans Helpline

Mind National Trans+ helpline, MindLine Trans + Open Monday and Fridays, 8pm - midnight. Tel: 0300 330 5468 - calls are taken by trans and non- binary volunteers. The service is delivered by Bristol Mind and Mind in Taunton and West Somerset, but is a UK wide service
