New out of hours support service If you are going through a difficult patch - perhaps you have just come out of hospital, or need help to prevent a crisis, or you may just be feeling lonely or low - and having someone to talk to, meeting other people, or simply being in a friendly and safe place for a while would help; then why not come to our new evening weekend Drop-in. Our current weekend daytime service (open 12-6pm Sat/Sun) has now been extended so that we are also open between 6-10pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The service is very informal and you can use it as and when you feel you need it; you don’t need to be referred by anyone, just turn up when we are open. There are two workers available to provide support as well as guidance on how you can get further help including accessing our own services. We can also assist you in getting further help from your GP, or from mental health services provided by the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust and Social Services; and if you decide that you need emergency help, we can arrange this too.
